| Contraindications |
| Carpinol is contra indicated where papillary constriction is undesirable e.g in cases of acute iritis and with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the formulation. |

| No untowards reactions have been reported from the use of Pilocarpine Nitrate 0.5%. |
